It means we've completed the manufacturer's installer training and met their standards, which unlocks extended warranties on qualifying installs that non-credentialed roofers can't offer. We'll always tell you what's available for your specific project.
Decking, fasteners, underlayment, and ventilation installed to current building code and manufacturer guidelines where applicable. Code requirements vary by jurisdiction, roof type, and scope — we work with the standards that apply to your project, not a one-size-fits-all checklist. The details inspectors check.
Pre-install inspection notes, in-progress photos of decking and underlayment, and a final walkthrough before we leave the job. You receive a complete project file at handoff — useful for warranty registration, future resale, and any insurance claims down the road.
