Just had my roof replaced by this company. Great pains were taken to protect areas around my home that were of concern and now I have a beautiful roof. I would highly recommend this company. Attention to details were excellent, as well as constant communication and follow up. I even had help with insurance company issues. Joe went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it!

Joe, owner of KCX Roofing was professional, was present when my insurance adjuster inspected my roof and was able to point out damages they had missed. When insurance provided me the estimate, he went through it and resubmitted items they had missed. He also offered upgrade from class 2 (old roof/standard shingle) to class 3 shingle for the same price which offers increased wind and hail damage coverage. I actually paid the difference to upgrade from class 3 to class 4 Tamko product since my insurance carrier offers premium discounts for both class 3 and class 4. Upgrade will pay for itself in 4 years. His crew was excellent, and both Joe and the crew took extra care in flashing around my skylights, vents and chimney. Crew did an excellent job of cleaning up my property and sweeping for nails. Joe has been very responsive before, during and after completion of my roof replacement.

Joe was awesome to work with. From start to finish he was quick, engaged, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. A tree on my property fell last year and glanced the side of my house which caused some minor shingle and gutter damage. Joe could've tried to sell me on a full roof replacement. But didn't. He inspected the damage and proposed budget-friendly minor repairs. Highly recommend Joe & his company for your roofing / exterior needs. Your wallet will thank you!

Joe was absolutely phenomenal. He might have even restored my faith there are good, honest contractors out there that do what they say and say what they do. Not only did I get top quality work, Joe’s crew did it in a single day!! But even better than that, Joe worked with my insurance company. When the initial claim was approved for a ridiculously low amount for a roof replacement due to severe hail damage, Joe and his team handled everything in getting the appropriate supplemental to cover actual cost of damages. If not for Joe, I would have ended up paying 70% of the replacement cost out of pocket for what should have been and IS covered under my policy. I cannot recommend him enough. He communicates clearly, does exactly what he says, and his vast knowledge makes the whole process much less daunting. I hope every homeowner experiences a contractor like Joe at least once. (Especially those, like me, that have experienced the exact opposite on more than one occasion.)

I decided to get another opinion, and Joe was very honest and told me there was no hail damage. Instead he was able to complete a simple repair in one area of my roof for $250! I greatly appreciate the transparency and excellent customer service. He was professional and had the job done the following day. I am grateful to have found a company I can trust.

Joseph with KCX has been such a lifesaver! I was in need of a roofer when my bathroom ceiling kept leaking, from heavy downpours, and started to present issues with moisture. Joe took his time to identify all possible issues with the structure and when our first plan didn’t work, he came out promptly to correct it and provide some relief. He not only repaired that section of the roof, he was able to also install a solar fan to help alleviate my HOT house. Before the installation, in 90+ degree weather, my house would stay in the mid 80s making it hard to cook or even be in living room. Now my house stays at a comfortable 72 degrees and it’s finally livable! Thank you thank you thank you!

Due to a hail storm last May, we had extensive damage to our roof. However, we put off having our roof replaced because of all the out of state contractors swooping through our neighborhood. We just didn't feel comfortable having them do the job at that time. Then Joseph and his project manager, Matthew, came knocking at our door. We immediately felt comfortable discussing our situation with them. Joseph is very professional. He took charge, calling our insurance adjuster, answering any questions we had or the insurance adjuster had without any hesitation. Our roof was replaced in a very timely matter. The crew worked a long day and were very careful to place tarps over our landscaping and cleaned up any scraps and nails that may have fallen from the roof. Joseph is very conscientious and has the best interest of his customers at heart. He came back to inspect the roof three times after the project was completed. We highly recommend them.
